About Our Speakers

Ron Peters is the owner/operator of Wildlife Patrol located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Ron has been in the wildlife control business for over 20 years. Ron is a member of several industry organizations and serves as Vice-President of Wisconsin Wildlife Control Operators Association, and Chairman of the Board for Fur Takers of America. Ron holds many industry certifications and is an advocate for continuing education and applying new techniques to wildlife control.

Megan Lockwood is co-owner and co-operator of ARC Insect and Animal Control with her partner Jonathan Bartlett in Cincinnati, Ohio. Megan and Jonathan started their business in 2019. They offer residential and commercial pest and wildlife control services. Their approach is to differentiate themselves from other companies by educating their clients and going above and beyond client expectations.

Dave Bree is the owner/operator of Fox Valley Wildlife Control located in Appleton, Wisconsin. Dave began his business in 2006 serving Green Bay, Appleton and the greater Fox Valley area. In addition to nuisance wildlife work, Dave manufactures and sells traps and exclusion devices. He has written articles on nuisance wildlife control for Trappers Post magazine. For the past 8 years Dave has been President of the Wisconsin Wildlife Control Operators Association.

Doug Lee is the owner/operator of The Wildlife Company located in Fremont, Ohio. Doug started his company in 1995 specializing in mole trapping and bat exclusions. His business has grown to include most common nuisance wildlife species. His approach is to focus on positive-set trapping techniques and exclusion and repair services. Doug credits a great deal of his success to the bond and rapport he builds with each client.

Clay Frazer and his business partner, Dan Fuhs, started Native Range Ecological, LLC (NRE) in 2022. Prior to beginning NRE, Clay amassed 25 years of experience in wildlife management and ecological restoration for agencies, non-profit conservation organizations, and private sector consulting firms. Clay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Wildlife Ecology and Botany, and holds BeaverCorps certification and incorporates beaver management into NRE’s suite of services.
